With over 40 collective years in professional music performance this acoustic duo not only sounds great, but they are true performers, steeped in Celtic tradition. Saint Patrick's Day 1902 is a song actually written by Jeff's great, great grandfather when he arrived in Grand Rapids from White Church, County Cork. But 3rd Coast Celtic brings a fresh perspective by delivering traditional standards in interesting medleys and arrangements, trading vocal leads, rich harmonies, in both English and Gaelic, as well as dropping in instrumentals to break up the song sets. in between, there are jokes and stories, historical tidbits and poetry, giving audiences a full cultural experience. Two multi-instrumentalists deliver a very full sound with guitar, bousouki, Irish whistle, bodhran, harmonica and more, often with 2 or more going at the same time. 3rd Coast Celtic has full Irish, Scottish and Maritime sets, as well as outstanding originals. Whatever your event, 3rd Coast Celtic will connect with and move any audience, getting them clapping, singing, laughing, crying and, perhaps, attempting the odd jig.
5 songs finished and more in production. This weekend we will be at Frankenfest filming with our virtual pirate crew of the Cristie for the upcoming video for Renae's original, Siren of the Sea!
