Hailing from London, at the age of 14 years old, Robert Hooper (Bogzaw) released his first single (Lazers & Rockets) which was almost immediately signed to 50 Fist Records. With local and international support he quickly made his mark in the underground dubstep scene as one of the youngest and most talented artists anyone had heard, and at 16, he got his first record deal with Monkey Dub Records from Montreal Canada. Ever since he was a boy, Robert's always been fascinated with electronic music and the art of producing. His first album release: 'Most Beautiful - EP' was comprised of 5 songs which quickly increased his popularity and respect amongst the dubstep community. Immediately after the release, he was asked to collaborate with long time Dubstep artist 'JaHazYa'. They released a single - 'Skank Rekah' that reached beatport's Top 25 in 2011. In the summer of 2011 during an interview with The Houston Chronicle at ID Fest Houston, Robert told interviewer Cara Leeds that his entire musical career was sparked after listening to Daft Punk's - Around The World, when he was a kid. Robert liked the song so much that it was the first song he ever remixed. Since Robert's entry into EDM in 2008, he has released (5) EP's and (7) Single's, including his Around The World (Bogzaw Remix) by Daft Punk. He has played countless shows in and around London, Houston and more recently, Oklahoma and worked with dozens of prominent dubstep artists. In early 2013, Bogzaw decided to retire from producing Dubstep and has started exclusively producing trap music. Since his switch from Dubstep to Trap he's currently working on his first full length album as a Trap Music artist. The album, 'Diamond Thief' is set to be released in December and will feature 6 songs along with an exclusive mix from Bogzaw. The much anticipated album is receiving a lot of attention from Bogzaw's fans who are eager to hear his new genre and music style.
