At just 13 years old, Gabi Wilson has already been deemed a child prodigy. The Vallejo, CA native plays bass guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, and the drums and has been writing music for as long as she has been able to write. This straight 'A' student enjoys writing poetry, and has a published book of poetry called "Anything on Earth" that she wrote when she was only seven years old. On her 12th birthday, Gabi received one of the best birthday presents she could have imagined, the opportunity to perform a tribute to her idol Alicia Keys at the ASCAP awards at the Beverly Hilton, in front of Alicia and music industry giants. On her 13th birthday, Gabi was also honored to perform for Alicia and 12 million viewers on national tv in an impromptu performance on the 2010 BET Awards show. Gabi has also appeared on talk shows The View, The Today Show and The Monique Show where she has wowed the hosts and the audiences. Gabi is not only a talented musician, singer and songwriter but she is also proven to be a talented actress having appeared in two films with Nick Cannon, “School Girlz” and School Girlz II”. With this film experience, Gabi has been able to secure a tv future having recently signed a deal with Nickelodeon where she will co-star in her own show which is currently in development. As if Gabi’s life couldn’t get any more exciting, she has also had two of her original songs featured on Disney’s “Next Big Thing” and is in the process of negotiating an impressive deal with a major record company.
