MAN WOMAN MACHINE is a New England-based electronic duo that utilizes modular & hardware synthesizers to create a powerful blend of heavy dark electronic music laced with haunting female vocals and aggressive male vocals.
The band consists of Tracey DiLascio-Martinuk (vocals), and Joe Lupia (modular & hardware synthesizers, programming, vocals).
MWM was formed in January 2013, by founding members Joe Lupia and Brandi Kotlarz. Within 10 months of the project's inception, they released their debut album "From Darkness" on November 10th, 2013.
In January 2014, Brandi stepped down from the band in pursuit of her solo studio project Porcelain Siren, while Joe busied himself remixing artists such as Attrition, Spider Lilies, Interface, Angelspit, and self-remixed 3 tracks for the remix companion album to "From Darkness", entitled "Darkness Rewired".
"Darkness Rewired" was released on June 20th, and boasted an impressive array of remixers from the likes of Interface, Caustic, Attrition, Hero Defekt, Standard Issue Citizen, Machines On Blast, Antidote For Annie, Shutterdown, Circuit Jerk, and Corroded Existence.
June 2014 also brought another major achievement as their track "Bearing The Palm" was included on the Metropolis Records/Distortion Productions release "Electronic Saviors: Industrial Music To Cure Cancer Volume 3: Remission". The month also brought the arrival of a new member to the band, as Tracey DiLascio (Antidote For Annie) stepped in to take over vocal duties.
After Tracey's first show with the band (opening for Grendel and Ludovico Technique), the band signed with Florida-based industrial label Beyond Therapy Records. Beyond Therapy Records re-released "Darkness Rewired" on October 27, 2014.
The Destroy EP was released on October 31, 2015 as a teaser for the next album, showcasing the band's new vocalist, style, and sound. The EP consisted of two early mixes of album tracks, "Destroy" and "Whisper Sparks A Hurricane", as well as 6 remixes of Destroy from artists such as Transdusk, Machines On Blast, Ground To Dust, Tommy Defekt, and more.
In spring 2017, Man Woman Machine emerged from the studio with a brand new record, called "Ultra-Xenosonic".
An album three years in the making, Ultra-Xenosonic chronicles the disintegration, reconstruction, and evolution of MWM.
After original vocalist Brandi Kotlarz stepped away from the project in 2014, keyboardist/programmer Joe Lupia took the opportunity to completely reinvent the band.... adding vocalist Tracey DiLascio-Martinuk (Antidote For Annie) to the mix, then plunging headfirst into the world of modular synthesis....which added an exciting new element to the sound of the project.
The end result is Ultra-Xenosonic..... a tight collection of highly experimental...yet super catchy...heavy electronic grooves. Light years away from the clean, moody rhythms of the debut record From Darkness; Ultra-Xenosonic is a maelstrom of heavy-as-hell pop dance grooves, with layers upon layers of darkly atmospheric, gritty synthesizers.....and female/male dual vocals assuming command over the entire barrage of otherworldly sonic experiments.
Ultra-Xenosonic hits the streets on September 15TH, 2017!

Furthermore, this is a FREE SHOW!!!

New Album Update!
Well, we are finally in the process of finishing our long-awaited sophomore record!!!
It was a long road, with many obstacles along the way, but we are finally on the verge of releasing our second full length record!
When we began writing this record back in September 2014, we had no idea what a new Man Woman Machine record was going to sound like. We had just replaced our female vocalist, and Joe (synths/programming/vocals) became responsible for writing 100% of the music, as opposed to the 50% or so that he contributed to "From Darkness".
While new vocalist Tracey learned to adapt her smooth, melodic vocal stylings to compliment MWM's aggressive, complex electronics and rhythms; Joe built a modular synthesizer and began conducting bizarre electronic sonic experiments....resulting in 13 tracks of heavy.... yet catchy... synthesizer music, layered over infectious dance grooves.
As this is being written, the last few final mixes are being locked in. Mastering duties will be handled by Sebastian Komor (Icon Of Coil, Komor Kommando, Zombie Girl, Ayria) this time around.

It has been awhile since we've released any new material, but fear not...the wait is nearly over!
We've been very hard at work writing a new full length album since last fall, and we're rapidly drawing close to its completion. Although the record won't be out for a few more months or so, in the meantime we WILL be releasing an EP to give you a taste of what's to come!
We are currently eyeing an October 31st Halloween release date for our DESTROY EP!
This EP will contain 2 brand new songs off the forthcoming album (Destroy, Whisper Sparks A Hurricane), a special cover, and remixes from Tommy Defekt (formerly Hero Defekt), Ground To Dust, Machines On Blast, Transdusk, Restriction 9, and more!
