They say the #Truth will set us free and an open #Heart will give us wings; but how do we fly? Simple, by using Open Truth.
The Open Truth is a creative writing workshop which offers women a safe space to learn poetic tools and performance techniques to transform their experiences into inspirational spoken-word poetry. Hosted by Clare Kenty (Health Coach & Reiki Master) & Cue Kirk (Dub Poet & Author). The Open Truth workshop is designed to promote the healing of feminine energy by breaking the silence of trauma, and increasing confidence by learning poetry, art and expression. We hope to guide our sister through increasing appreciation and acceptance of their experiences and feminine self though their own words.
