Chad Anthony Vitale, "The REAPER," is a solid Rock & Metal drummer. REAPER drums hard, fast, and with style, injecting stage performances with an unbelievable fury of energy that keeps audiences awestruck.
He has a fierce passion for songwriting and production and has recorded 5 professional EPs with groups ranging from Pop-punk and Christian Rock to Industrial, Hardcore Punk and Metal music.
In 2007 The REAPER co-wrote 2 songs with MISSION FAILED featured in the movie soundtrack for "I'll Believe You" a science-fiction and cult classic written by Emmy Award winning writer and director Ted Sullivan, and brother Paul Francis Sullivan.
The Summer of 2010 brought The PANIC ACROSS AMERICA TOUR, with 33 tour dates in the U.S. and Canada. Called in as an emergency replacement drummer for progressive metal band MUTINY WITHIN, only two weeks before the start of the tour, he learned and perfected the entire set in less than ten days. But highly critical fans of the metal community doubted that he would be able to play the complicated patterns and time signatures that MUTINY WITHIN's music called for. The REAPER showed the critics that he had some serious skills behind the set, blending his precision and technical drumming with the soul of a groove player. While on tour, he impressed fellow tour mates and metal icons,SOILWORK & DEATH ANGEL with his professionalism, easy-going personality, as well as positive and creative energy.
