Soulful, smooth, eclectic, anointed, prolific and artistic are just a few words to describe singer/songwriter/producer Antoine Hilton, lead singer of Antoine Hilton & Company (AH&C). Antoine was born and raised in New York and has been singing and creating music from a very young age. Antoine desired to write music that would capture the ears and spirits of young people growing up with negative influences. This aspiration pushed him into the studio to create his first solo album Born Again Into Truth (B.A.I.T) which has generated a major buzz and has been galvanizing listeners since its 2011 release. Songs from the album have graced stations such as WLIB, WTHE and Sirius radio from New York all the way to the UK. The success of B.A.I.T has garnered the attention of Antoine’s peers earning him an Agape Award, McDonald’s Gospel Fest award and a Kingdom Choice Award. Antoine has released videos in which he showcased his directing skills and gained a huge following leading to over 100,000 views and counting.
Before his solo project, Antoine graced many stages both big and small. He has also shared the stage and collaborated with many successful big name artists such as hip hop mogul Jim Jones. In 2011 he and Jim Jones joined forces on the song “Show Off” which was very successful on the underground mixtape circuit, and landed the duo a spot on MTV Jams. Antoine also had the honor of singing back up for world renowned singer/songwriter/producer Jon B. Antoine has shared the stage with some of the music industry’s biggest talent including, but not limited to Busta Rhymes, Jaheim, Method Man, Redman, G-Dep and Donnie McClurkin. Perhaps one of Antoine’s most proud moments was his guest spot on the hit UPN series “Half and Half” where he played bass and acoustic guitar.
In September 2014, Antoine followed up with his highly anticipated sophomore album B.A.I.T2. His single “Love Letter” has helped his sophomore effort garner a buzz that rivals his first. Antoine performed the song on the daytime talk show “The Bill Cunningham Show” in a segment called “You Better Sing It” a competition where Antoine took home first place. As Antoine prepares for the next phase of his musical journey, he focuses on the vision for his brand, keeping his sound fresh and impacting young lives through his powerful message and example.
