As one of the fastest rising stars in US Dance music, DJ Aramis is taking giant steps up through club land, with his eyes tightly fixed on the top spot. His technical talents are a quality exhibition to witness and no show passes without Aramis impressing with his dexterous deck talents. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, now living in Philadelphia, Aramis built his appetite for music at a young age, His early interest in electronic music progressed into a passion for Trance, which guided Aramis to the Dance scene , Philly. During his time on the scene, he made the journey to see his friend, Tom Colontonio, at Local clubs Philly, Atlantic City; this would be the foundation that his dreams were to inflate on. As soon as Aramis earn enough money, he made it his mission to follow in his friend’s footsteps and promptly acquired his first set of turntables. The following year consisted of Aramis immersing himself in the art of mixing, working non-stop in pursuit of his vision. Fast-forward one year and a technically proficient Aramis Hernandez was primed to take his show on the road. His first gig at local bar, in Philadelphia opened the floodgates for Aramis as this new DJ on the block skillfully cut, scratched and blended his way into the local scene. The eruption of the start of his musical career was underway.
His peers soon took notice and it wasn’t long before Aramis was sharing the stage with Philly’s & New York best including: DJ Yan, DJ Anthony, Destruct & other heavy Hitters from Ireland,UK Germany & USA like John O'Callaghan, Ben Gold, Ronski Speed, Maor levi, Matt lange , Giuseppe Ottaviani and most significantly, the man who inspired DJ Aramis to chase his dream, Tom Colontonio. The list of brands that engraved Aramis’s name into their line-ups is as complete as any with the likes of: Atlantic City NJ, Philadelphia PA, Baltimore MD, happy to have him charm their crowds with his extensive arsenal of mixing techniques and impressive FX manipulation.
Eager to keep himself at the front of the pack, Aramis, alike to most Dance music success stories, took to the studio to back-up his DJ talents, His first track ‘Ripp it!’ was the beginning of a succession of dance-floor smashes that hold Aramis’s name. ‘Philly trance king’ were all globally acknowledged and confirmed Aramis as much more than just a DJ – a complete package that has proven his worth among the top tier. Corne Kievit, Erik de Koning, Giuseppe ottaviani, Johan Gielen, Robert Gitelman,, and many more were convinced enough to release Aramis’s tracks, all of which could be heard across the globe in the most prominent of Dance music venues, supported by many of the greats, including Markus Schulz, Paul van Dyk , Ferry Corsten, Giuseppe ottaviani, Tom colontonio & many more. Giuseppe Ottaviani Leaves Philadelphia Speechless at Whisper Club on 6/6/13
Published on June 12th, 2013 | by Samantha Lopez
Giuseppe Ottaviani made a stop in Philly last Friday for an intimate performance at Whisper Club. With around 100 people present for the Italian superstar performer, the few members of the trance family knew they were in for a treat. After all, how often can you say that you’ve gotten a (semi) private set from Giuseppe Ottaviani?
Starting the night out right was local talent DJ Aramis. DJ Aramis has shared the stage with the likes of John O’Callaghan, Ben Gold and Maor Levi amongst other heavy hitter talent. DJ Aramis delivered a stellar set, playing today’s trance hits as well as a few tracks that surprised me. Dropping a variety of tracks including Cosmic Gate’s “Storm Chaser”, Bryan Kearney and John O’Callaghan’s massive track “Rawdiculous” in the Bryn Kearney’s enhanced edit and the Dave Correa mash-up “The Girl You Freaked” from Sia & Indecent Noise vs Jase Thirlwall. The set that DJ Aramis created was the perfect warm-up for the man we were all waiting for, Giuseppe Ottaviani.
Giuseppe Ottaviani was playing a very special live set for us that night. His DJ set up included keyboards that allowed him to play the piano during his set. Because there was not a huge showing for this show in particular, it was very easy to get up close and personal with the man himself that made the set so much more special. Opening up by playing “Lost For Words” live, that was the first tear to be shed during the night. Giuseppe recently released his second artist album, Magenta, and he showcased some of the tracks for us that night. My favorite track from the album besides “Magenta” itself, is “Gave Me” featuring the gorgeous vocals of Seri. When that track was dropped, it was like everyone in the entire room held their breath at the same time. Dropping his collaboration with Solarstone, “Falcons”, “Love Will Bring It All Around” featuring the vocals of Eric Lumiere, as well as his remix of Paul Van Dyk’s “I Don’t Deserve You” feat. Plumb, the performance was emotional and just all around perfect.
Thank you so much to Disco Stu Events and EDMPENN for bringing Giuseppe Ottaviani to Philly! For more information about future events at Whisper, please visit www.WhisperClub.com

*THIS IS A "WHITE PARTY". WEAR WHITE CLOTHING
House of Hearts is proud to announce our next installment of LIGHTS OUT featuring Ajunabeats very own Maor Levi & Ajunadeeps very own Matt Lange. This particular LIGHTS OUT party will be a first for a number of things...
First, this will be House of Hearts first LIGHTS OUT party that'll incorporate hard trance & deep-house into the nights headlining slots.
Second, This will be House of Hearts first ever "WHITE PARTY". Meaning, we encourage all party patrons to come decked out in nothing but white attire/clothing. Traditionally speaking, we will provide glow products and body paint as we've done in the past for all our LIGHTS OUT parties.
To celebrate our parties expansion into these unfamiliar genre's of music, we wanted to find a theme for this particular party that would compliment the nights experience of music. Matt Lange's recent productions having a deep-house sound, accompanied by his previous influences derived from his days producing progressive trance and Maor Levi's passion for producing "hard trance", it only seemed proper to promote the pureness of the music at hand.
So on Friday, March 22nd we will be combining our traditional LIGHTS OUT, glow party and add our very own twist of Winters white. Prepare yourselves for greatness!
|| MOAR LEVI ||
[Artist Bio] If you have been living under a rock for the past few years then it is time to climb out, put on your dancing shoes and make way for Maor Levi's side project 123XYZ. Maor began his journey into the world of electronic music at the tender age of 11 when he broke free of his restricted knowledge and experience of local Psy-Trance artists Infected Mushroom, Doof , Yahel and others and also discovered Hard Trance. Delving deeper into the land of electronica, Maor inevitably stumbles across Tiesto's 'In Search of Sunrise' album. This was a major staging point for Maor as the deep kick drums, driving basslines and resonating melodies overwhelmed him with enchantment. It was then that Maor knew that he wanted to be a part of this culture and dedicated himself to producing it to reach the foundations of it. After many years of hard practice and determination Maor finally signed his first record 'Ministry of Love' to the UK Label 'Lost Language' under his Progressive Trance alias 'Pillow One' and laid the foundation for his career in producing. Bringing a new approach to the Israeli trance scene with his unique blend of various sounds and genres Maor's success became unstoppable signing massive hits to many top global labels such as 'Anjunabeats UK', 'Spinnin Records NL', 'Armada NL', 'Ministry of Sound', 'Be Yourself Music' and the mighty Toolroom Records, topping charts with his 123XYZ mask, and many more. Maor's earned the attention and love of many listeners and resulted in a large fan base that kept him moving within the industry.
--------------------------------------- || MATT LANGE ||
[Artist Bio] Matt Lange has become a name synonymous with attention to detail, precision, and musical craftsmanship, all without losing sight of emotional impact. Matt?s musical pedigree veers strongly from the typical path of the modern electronic musician; from singing in a boys' choir to later playing lead guitar in a metal band, his influences are as varied as they are numerous.
His recent Anjunadeep-released works have been supported by many prominent figures in dance music, including Richie Hawtin, Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Sasha and Annie Nightingale. Then there is BT, who hand-picked Matt to co-program and engineer the critically acclaimed, Grammy-nominated album "These Hopeful Machines". Matt's recent accolades include delivering official remixes for pop superstar Usher as well as the Halo 4 video game soundtrack, co-writing/producing acts including VersaEmerge (Fueled By Ramen/Atlantic) and Glenn Morrison, as well as composing and producing original music for the newest Internet Explorer TV and web advertisement.
In addition to his production talents, Matt's DJ sets are notable for their musicality, diversity, and depth. While he looks forward to starting his DJ career in earnest this coming year, he will do so with notable support slots already in his rearview mirror, for the likes of Above & Beyond, Tritonal, Gabriel and Dresden, and more. He's also released music through labels such as Ministry of Sound, Armada Music, Ajunabeats, Ajunadeep & many others...
