Originally from San Juan Puerto Rico spinning commercial dance, DJ Nando's sound has evolved into vocal house and tribal circuit beats through his many music influences. His first official residency was at Be Bar in Washington DC. He then returned to Puerto Rico to gain residencies at some of the most popular parties/venues on the island including Circo, Joy Events, Splash Bar and El Charro. From there he returned to the US to tour across the nation hitting San Francisco, Seattle, Houston and Chicago eventually settling down in New York City in 2012. Within his first year in New York City he exploded onto the New York scene gaining residencies at Griffin Sundays, XL Nightclub, G Lounge, The Ritz and Hudson Terrace while also scoring gigs at the legendary Splash, Bartini, Barracuda and Phoenix.
Over summer 2013 Nando was part of some of his largest events to date. At the beginning of the summer he headlined the NYC Pride Pier Dance After Party at The Griffin alongside Matinee winner DJ Cindel. He then went on to DJ Sandblast in Asbury Park New Jersey alongside Tony Moran, Hector Fonseca, Eddie Martinez, Nina Flowers among others. Nando closed out the summer by djing at the legendary House of Blues New Orleans for the Friday Kickoff Party of Southern Decadence over Labor Day Weekend. Most recently he graced the Matinée stage at the Highline Ballroom in NYC alongside DJ's Theresa and Taito Tikaro from Spain and Action! Afterhours with DJ Billy Lace.
Throughout the winter of 2013/2014 Nando will be touring the US as well as international destinations as far apart as Melbourne, Australia and Athens, Greece and has many upcoming gigs including Matinee Vegas Memorial Day Weekend.
