Bobby Keys, sax player for The Rolling Stones performed 2x with Hot Rocks before he went on The Stones 50th Anniversary Tour; selected by Paramount Pictures, The Rolling Stones & Martin Scorsese to represent the Midwest; featured on WGNTV, The Chicago Tribune, The RedEye Chicago News, performing as the only non-Beatle band at Abbey Road On The River in Cleveland, OH, Aurora Downtown Alive! (close to 10,000 attended), Comiskey Park/U. S. Cellular Field in Chicago, Batavia Street Fest/Block Party (over 3,000 people rocked the block!), Batavia Windmill Fest, Lake Zurich Alpine Fest, Chicago’s famous Excalibur Nightclub as part of a British Invasion extravaganza and at Chicago’s HOB, the Pickwick Theatre, Taste of Lincoln Ave. Fest, Trump Hotel, Chicago’s Green Tie Ball, Taste of Chicago, Indianapolis State Fair, Menominee Casino-Keshena, WI, Rivers Casino-DesPlaines, IL, Hollywood Casino-Aurora, Blue Chip Casino-Michigan City, IN, plus many club shows in-between (too many to list here), with a few Pig Roasts thrown in for flavor.
