Formed in 2007, In The Burial is a female fronted blackened death metal hailing from Adelaide Australia. With relentless
touring nationally and combined with some solid international supports under their belts– including Napalm Death, Origin, NeObliviscaris, Aborted, Dying Fetus, Grave, Hypno5e – the band was signed to Canada's PRC Records just prior to the release of its debut
album 'Born of suffering'.
In the burial initially beginning as a technical death metal outfit, moved towards more symphonic black metal

Armed with both fierce and melodic guitar work, fast and intense drumming, stunning symphonies and a relentless vocal attack, the band creates a stunning musical composition that is as extreme as it harrowing beautiful. With the release of their second album due 2017, In The Burial is set to take the throne as an excellent export of Australian extreme metal.

About Born of Suffering (2013, PRC Music)
In The Burial's debut full-length release is a concept album. It tells a story of childhood abuse and violence in adulthood: a perpetrator who kills his father, then proceeds to tortures and kill countless victims, but lives out his life without consequence. The story is told in the film clip to the album's title track.
Born of Suffering consists of 10 tracks, and clocks in at just over 30 minutes. It is a whirlwind of destruction and chaos, underpinned by a musicality and structure that defines the band's approach. The debut is gaining significant ratings and commentary throughout the heavy press.

Born of Suffering was recorded at Against The Grain Studio, and mastered by Jens Bogren at Fascination St, Sweden. It features guest vocals by Mel Bulian (Art In Exile) and Jesse Davies (For The Vultures).
The album was released on 12 October in Australia, and on 29 October in the rest of the world, on PRC Records.
