New Road Kings are a three piece indie rock band from Barnsley consisting of Matt Wesley on lead guitar and vocals, Lewis Rotchell on bass and Dom Turton on drums.
Since forming in November 2013 they have established themselves supporting bands such as "Northside", receiving airplay from Dearne FM, BBC Introducing, press support from the Barnsley Chronicle and the Scunthorpe Telegraph who named them as potentially “The Next Big Thing” and working alongside former Arctic Monkeys producer Alan Smyth of 2Fly Studios quoting them as "Ones to watch".
Influenced by bands such as "Stereophonics", "The Black Keys" and "Kasabian" they have combined their own material with the occasional crowd pleasing cover making for a set everyone can enjoy.
