Daniel "D.A." Fernandez
Music producer/ engineer was born in Miami, Fl of Cuban descent. He did not start his career in music until he was 22, and in only 8 years he has learned to play the piano, guitar, drums, as well as other instruments which helped him to produce music for artists all around the world. Aside from being a great music producer, he also is one of the foremost audio engineers in South Florida. With no formal education in audio engineering he also taught himself how to use most DAW's including Pro Tools, the standard for recording in the music industry.
D.A. is also knowledgeable in the business side of the industry which he had to learn along the way; helping many local Miami artists with subjects such as copyright, publishing, and distribution. Leading to many of these artists to sell records in stores and online all over the world. Shortly after his first single he produced for Team Phlyte of pop-star "Flo-Rida's" record label International Music Group/ Strongarm, along with the help of then Strongarm Studio's studio manager/ fellow producer Mikhol Casiano; the duo launched the Latin branch of I.M.G./ Strongarm Latino in late 2013.
Today D.A. works out of The Urban Union Studio in Miami, Fl, one of the top flight recording studios in Miami along side owner; and Miami music legend Urbano "U.B." Mederos, Female MC Destinee Mevs, and artist/producer/engineer Jae Coop. Whether at The Urban Union or from his small studio at home, still continues to work with artists globally, a long list of artists which include Junior Reid, Beanie Sigel, Juelz Santana, Hell Rell and 40 Cal. of The Diplomats, French Montana, Flo-Rida, as well as Upcoming artists JaRae Womack, Action Man, Patron Riley, and Tay-G of Chicago. A list that will continue to grow as D.A. grows as a musician/ producer/ entrepreneur.
