How does he help?
Great consultants work hard and they work smart. They know how to accomplish the best results in the shortest possible time with as little friction as possible. Ryan King Indianapolis is one such consultant because he is an effective problem solver: bring him in and the work gets done. Ryan King Indianapolis is able to see the big picture and the small parts that can make it better. In many cases, he can bring a fresh view, and as such he can offer surprising insights that can solve problems and boost the client’s business.
One such technique to helping a client is to listen first and then speak second. We all like to hear. No one likes to feel as though “they” are just being told “something” and that the flow of information is all a “one-way street” without the client possessing a voice. By listening first, you let people share information about their work issues as well as their personal life. At the same time, you are gathering crucial information. Ryan King strongly believes that all wisdom comes from the ability to listen first because you cannot direct people effectively until you know more of the information.
Once the situation has been identified, Ryan King Indianapolis uses his ever growing “tool belt” of knowledge gained from being a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt certified professional to help his client begin process improvement. Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation. Lean Six Sigma combines lean manufacturing/lean enterprise and Six Sigma to eliminate the eight kinds of waste A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma method including a high-level of competence in the subject matters contained within the phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC). A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt understands how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean Six Sigma at an advanced level of proficiency.
