Sanae, whose full name is Sanae Jaidyn Paris, is a 15 year old singer who is presently based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
The "phenom", who was born in Ottawa, ON, began presenting her gift for the performing arts at the age of 3. Since then, the energetic and creative young artist has established herself as a hard working, courageous, and skilled artist-to-watch. This rising "star" has proven herself to be a multi-talented (she also dances and has a skill for acting) and goal focused individual with an impressive work ethic and an authentic love for creative arts.
To date, Sanae has performed in over 50 events (since the age of 11) as a vocalist, in Ottawa, Montreal, and Toronto. She has earned her way into various talent contests, and she has also trained and performed in a number of dance schools and recitals since the age of 4. In addition, Sanae won her first talent competition at the age of 12.
Sanae has become known for covering ballads by artists like Adele, Mariah Carey, and Christina Aguilera and also from performing up-tempo songs by Beyoncé, Amy Winehouse, and even Nicki Minaj. Although Sanae is still a young teen, she has a powerful & soulful voice that makes her sound like an "old soul" beyond her years. Her strong vocals, along with her confident, fun, and sassy stage presence (during upbeat songs), are some of the things that takes audiences by surprise when she gets in-front of the mic.

Since Sanae moved to Toronto in 2015 (from the nations Capital), she has been performing non-stop across the GTA (mainly) as a solo vocalist. In 2016, she was accepted into the Etobicoke School of the Arts (as a Musical Theatre Major), began acting professionally, expanded her modelling portfolio, and she continued to meet and connect with a vast array of amazing, influential, and talented artists and mentors throughout the city.
Sanae is linked to the R.I.S.E. Edutainment Movement (she began singing at the open-mic nights at "R.I.S.E." shortly after arriving in the city), she "made it" into Honey Jam, and she's performed at the Unity Charity, Youth Day, and Jambana (for Jambana Idol) Festivals. And in the fall of 2016, music artist Sean Jones invited Sanae to perform during his acclaimed event Soul in the City (held at the majestic Casa Loma). That same year, Sanae began to receive more broad media coverage.
So far, Sanae has been featured in the Ottawa South News (Metroland Media), Toronto's Share News, and she appeared in Vision Canada and Pride. In addition, Sanae was a guest on the Masterplan Radio Show, CBC's ICI Radio Canada, and she also appeared on ThatChannel's Entertainment Live Show with D'Anise Marie.

Sanae's interest, passion, and gifts for music and the entertainment industry are undeniable; it's evident that she really loves being on stage (and on screen). The charasmatic teenager says being in the spotlight makes her feel like "...Superwoman...ready to take on the world". Singing and entertaining others appears to come very natural for her.
Some of Sanae's favorite music artists (and those she draws inspiration from) include: Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Drake, Rihanna, Kehlani, Nicki Minaj, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Prince, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Etta James, Debora Cox, TLC, Nina Simone, and Whitney Houston.
When Sanae's not working, she can be found spending time with family, friends, watching movies and DIY shows on YouTube (she is a huge fan of "How to Cake It" with Yolanda Gampp). Sanae also enjoys swimming, travelling, animals, fashion, drawing, and experimenting with makeup.
Sanae is presently working on original material and she is preparing to get into the studio to begin recording her own music in the near future. The youngster enjoys challenging herself to try new things and she is always seeking new ways to take herself to the next level.
