An applicant with these qualities would make a highly-effective Deputy Training Director for Organizing for Action. While there a number of citizens who are extremely excited to "be the change they want to see in the world," there are just as many individuals who are resistant and afraid of change. I specialize in the latter. My gift is taking information that may be considered intimidating and making it palatable for the average user. I have mastered the "win-over" and I am eager to use it for the greater good.
I have a proven record or excellence in both my educational tenure and current position as a executive and I am consistently challenged to be innovative and flexible - skills that, I believe, are also necessary for this position. I am an exceptionally qualified candidate for the Deputy Training Director position because I have devoted all of my personal and professional efforts to organizations like yours which strive to improve and prioritize education.
It is my goal to combine my range of experience and ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, core-driven Director, in order to make a positive contribution to Organizing for Action. I am extremely excited about this opportunity and I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
