HEART BRIGADE is the USA's #1 Ultimate tribute to Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, HEART and LED ZEPPELIN. A national touring act based in Raleigh, NC, Heart Brigade is ready to perform your favorite Heart songs from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, along with classic LED ZEPPELIN hits, with the goal of playing them with love and respect. Voted Best Tribute Band in the 2014 Go Live Awards, the band has opened for national acts including Mother's Finest and Nantucket, and performed for over 17,000 fans at a single show. They've played such prestigious venues as House of Blues, Jannus Live, The Fillmore, Rams Head, The Orange Peel, Ziggy's, Lincoln Theatre, as well as various festivals and summer concert series from New York to Florida.
With Suzi Nelson on lead vocals, you will think you're hearing Ann Wilson herself. Suzi is not afraid to take on the challenge of singing songs like Alone, Barracuda, and What About Love.
Joan Burton performs Nancy Wilson's signature intricate acoustic and electric guitar licks, as well as vocal lead and harmonies, on such songs as Crazy On You and These Dreams.
With the help of the rest of the band (Kevin Segrist on lead guitar, Amy Hall on drums, Jeff Reynolds on bass, Kevin Brown on keys/guitar), they are perfectionists at creating a true Heart concert experience, focusing not just on the music, but also the outfits and stage display. Detailed effort is taken to create an ambiance reminiscent of an actual Heart show. They base everything off of what Heart has done, which is why they don't just play Heart's hits, but also many LED ZEPPELIN and other songs that Heart has performed.
Begun in 2010, HEART BRIGADE is not a cover band. They are a true tribute band, with each member honoring the music and the appearance of Heart through their various eras. Every song is performed in its original key, every song is authentically HEART. This alone sets them apart from many other tributes.

I've seen Heart Brigade at several Live Nation events, like the Fillmore in Charlotte, but the most recent show was at House of Blues Myrtle Beach.
I am a huge Heart fan. I'm not easily impressed, but this is the best Heart Tribute I've ever seen! The lead vocalist is a force of nature! Powerful, powerful vocals that rival Ann Wilson herself.
The band's Nancy is a fine vocalist in her own right, and a really good guitarist...she even does the "Nancy kick!" The rest of the band is tight, and they pay true homage to the Heart Catalog, and even more, they play Zeppelin songs that Heart also covered, and they kill those too!
One of the best tribute bands I've ever seen. Period. Go see this band!
Favorite moment: Alone. The singer hit "The Big Note" and I got goosebumps!

As I walked to the stage, I thought I was hearing the inbetween band setup music on the loudspeaker. It was a Heart song. To my complete amazement it was an actual real person singing the Ann Wilson (lead singer for the band Heart) part of the song to perfection.
This band was incredible. It is not very often that I am lucky enough to hear such level of talent from a band that is not a famous label signed artist. Not only did the two women sound exactly like Ann and Nancy Wilson from Heart, they looked very similar to the sisters. The band completely complimented the high level of talent displayed by the singers. When you can get the harmonies exactly right, you are a very good cover band indeed."
