JOANOVARC hail from London and the Home Counties and have built up their strong musicianship and influential representation of women in pop and rock through performances worldwide.

They perform as an ultimate high energy party band with songs covering many genres guaranteed to get everyone of all ages up dancing.

The band is already becoming a global phenomenon, with electrifying performances on tour in Europe, USA, the Far East, the Caribbean and most recently, the Middle East.

Their electrifying live shows, outstanding reviews and a rapidly growing fan base have seen top music producer Gil Norton dub them ‘the new queens of rock’, recognising their status as a truly powerful example of women in music. 

JOANovARC have performed at many major events, including biker festivals all over Europe and the UK and also a wide range of music festivals, cruise ships, military bases and residencies at 5 star resorts in the Middle East. The band have featured in a theatre show in the UK called ‘One Night of Rock’ which ran for several years.

A recent highlight of theirs was performing in the prestigious ‘Viper Room’ on Hollywood Boulevard and they have supported many major artists over a decade, such as Slade, Bonnie Tyler and Toploader. They have performed alongside artists such as Beth Hart, Tennors of Rock and Girlschool, although the list of artists continues.

In 2014 they recorded Wild One with John Altman (aka EastEnders’ Nick Cotton), a Christmas cover of ‘Wild one’ made famous by Iggy Pop. The music video was featured on ITV ‘Lorraine’, with coverage on BBC radio and press in national newspapers. 

JOANovARC are endorsed and sponsored by Black Star Amplification, Gibson guitars, Vocalzone, and Cloven Hoof to name a few. Two of their songs feature on the Xbox 360 game Rock Band.
