Formed in 2022 in Port Orchard, Washington. KITSA debuts with music deeply rooted in heavy metal riff, the love of multiple music genres spanning many decades, and an overcast shadow of Pacific Northwest Grunge. Influences include Elder, The Sword, Down, Alice In Chains, Black Sabbath, Nazareth. Includes members of Devilbilt, YEDD, Teepee Creeper, Pivot Point, Earthwreck and Abused.

In April 2023, KITSA released the live demo sessions featuring three sky shattering tracks. Recorded By Jeremy Deede and Tony Reed at Devils Child Records. Mixed and Mastered by Tony Reed.

In August of 2023, KITSA officially released the single Journey Man, with Heavy Head recording at APL studios in Port Orchard
