Lorna Dea is an up-and-coming artist in the UK music scene, with a passion for soul music that shines through in her contemporary style.

Hailing from the Midlands, Lorna has received tremendous support from both local and national radio stations, including BBC Introducing East Midlands, Coventry and Warwickshire, BBC 6 Music, and BBC 1Xtra.

Lorna's music has already made its mark on the charts, with a string of great chart positions under her belt. Her 3 studio EP’s each earning great chart success. Her Latest single "Little Things" reached the top 19 of the iTunes R&B/Soul singles chart and to date she has amassed over 950,000 streams on Spotify. 

"Would you stay" is the highly anticipated first single of 2025 for Lorna and is due to drop in February. This latest single is an anthem for anyone who has hesitated to bare their soul—a heartfelt reminder that love isn’t about perfection but about courage and connection. The poignant lyrics convey the longing to be truly seen while grappling with the terror of rejection.

Having attended a month-long virtual song writing and music production course with Grammy-winning artist Ryan Tedder during Lockdown, this showcases Lorna's desire to further develop her skills as a songwriter and performer as well as influencing her sound in exciting new ways. 

Lorna has already shared the stage with some big names in the industry, having supported Tom Robinson on tour and Paloma Faith at The O2. Her band brings her soulful sound to life, with regular appearances in major cities and reputable venues such as The Bedford in London and The Jam House in Birmingham.

As her star continues to rise, Lorna has received glowing reviews from renowned international music articles and blogs, even being featured on the notorious music blog  the Hype Machine. Her unique sound and powerful performances are quickly gaining her a reputation as a force to be reckoned with in the music world.

With her chart success and growing fanbase, Lorna Dea is undoubtedly an artist to watch, and her rise to the top is only just beginning.
