The Mike Brandon Band was originally called Gravyhound and was first formed by Mike Brandon (vocals/guitar) Geoff 'King Cherub' Bosco (drums) and Ethan 'King Newt' Sawchyn in 2002.
Mike Brandon Band, an entertaining, high-energy, gritty blues rock 'n roll band from Oxford, Connecticut, plays a blend of originals and classic covers. Mike Brandon Band has been hired to perform hundreds of Connecticut shows, both public and private, and comes ready to rock.
Influences: Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Elvis, ZZ Top, Howlin' Wolf. Rock, blues, boogie, soul, funk, hillbilly, ragtime, and jazz (just kidding!)
