Kevineesia Holmes, stage name known as Neicey, is a R&B/Southern Soul singer, songwriter, actress, model, radio personality, and entrepreneur of Sipp Starz Entertainment LLC. Neicey was born and raised in Shelby, Mississippi. At the age of 9, she knew she wanted to become an entertainer. Neicey is heavily influenced by her late grandfather, Mississippi Delta Blues Legend singer and guitarist Willie “Rip” Lee Butler, as well as other big R&B singers such as Beyoncé, Fantasia, Jasmine Sullivan, H.E.R, Betty Wright, Mr. Sam, R. Kelly, Jagged Edge just to name a few. Neicey has performed at many events, festivities, school events, charities, birthday parties, and graduation ceremonies. Neicey attended Clayton State University and majored in voice and theatre. Neicey has built a wide variety in her fan base throughout her years living in Atlanta, Georgia and several states as a singer, actress, model, radio personality, and entrepreneur. She also hopes to continue to touch others as she’s taking over state to state and country to country with her newly released R&B album "Toxic" available now on all major platforms and new Southern Soul EP releasing October 24, 2021.
