Adia Ryanne Turner is a 15 year old singer/song writer who has lived in Ohio her entire life. Adia has been singing since she was a little girl and only began writing her own lyrics at the age of 14. Adia has 3 biological brothers and one step-brother. Adia's mom and dad divorced when she Adia was just 5 years old. As a child and into her pre-teen years Adia was moved around a lot due to her mother's unstability, limited income, relying on child support and government assistance. By the time Adia was 11 years old she had been enrolled in several schools in Hamilton and the surrounding areas. At the age of 12 Adia was living in the projects with her mom, brothers, and her mom's boyfriend. Adia recalls being scared at night and spent many nights with her brothers in their room they shared. At the age of 12 Adia's life as she knew it changed forever when her mother died tragically. Adia and her brother's moved in with her father, step-mother, and step brother. Adia's step-mother, Gretchen was 4 months pregnant at the time and baby Drew's arrival tied the blended family together. Adia's life dramatically changed in an instant going from poverty stricken conditions to a middle class neighborhood in the city she lived in and where she remains today. Adia's father and step-mother are living apart and she chose to stay put in the place she now calls home. Adia and her step-mother have a strong mother/daughter bond and Gretchen has supported Adia's music career and has given her opportunities she only dreamed of as a little girl.
Adia was first noticed by a local record label in Hamilton at the age of 14 and that is when she launched her singing career. Adia left the studio after only a few months to explore other opportunities and is currently independent and managed by her step-mother. Adia has written many songs and currently has 4 songs that she wrote and published on You-tube, Reverbnation, and her Facebook fan page, "Adia Ryanne". Adia has been working hard on her first ever 6 song EP, "Hello To The Worst" and is hoping to release it at the end of the month. Adia has grown as an artist and she wrote all the songs on her EP. Adia suffers from anxiety and has a health condition that causes her to tire easily so that can be a barrier at times but Adia manages it through a variety of avenues, one being her music. Adia expresses herself through her music and singing and song writing has helped her along this journey called life.
Writing comes easy to Adia and her passion for music and singing has driven her to success as a young local musician. Adia has taken a few trips to Nashville, tried out for "The Voice", performed at a teen night club, and performs many covers for her Facebook fans. Adia hopes one day to get noticed by a large record label so she can pursue her dreams and perform for bigger audiences. Adia Ryanne is only 15 years old so she has a long time to prepare for such an adventure.
