Carnage Bodybagg is a Hip Hop artist from Cleveland, Ohio. He was born in Columbus, Ohio before moving to Cleveland in 2010. Cleveland has a special place in his heart because of the rich tradition here and the love they have for lots of different types of music. Carnage started recording music in 2013. He has been featured on www.coast2coastmixtapes.com twice. His first appearance on the site was on a mixtape titled "Next Up" Vol 251 with the song "Bust It Wide Open". He was then voted to be on "Hottest In Ohio Mixtape Vol 4" soon after with his song "#1".
Carnage Bodybagg is currently working independently and self-managed. He has done some big shows on his own, first one on July, 11th 2015 opening for King Chip at the world famous Agora, in downtown Cleveland, Ohio with 32 personal tickets sold. He has also opened for Layzie Bone of the legendary rap group Bone Thugs -N- Harmony on August, 29th 2015 at The Foundry Concert Club in Lakewood Ohio with 47 personal tickets sold. In March of 2016 Carnage opened for a local rapper, Wylie, with 100 personal tickets sold which earned him his own headliner through Earth Entertainment on May, 14th 2016 in Columbus Ohio. Again Carnage was able to sell 100 personal tickets. Since working with Earth Entertainment he has done several more headlining concerts on dates September, 3rd 2016 at Ruby Tuesday Live in Columbus Ohio, January, 6th 2017 at the World Famous Newport Music Hall in Columbus Ohio followed by another on March, 11th 2017 at Ruby Tuesday Live. And currently has 2 T-shirts for sale (logo shown above) in Mentor Mall in Mentor, Ohio at clothing store "Hometown Clothing Company" with his 2nd design released on March, 11th 2017.
Earth Entertainment arranged for Carnage in December of 2016 to headline a show in Columbus, Ohio with Def Jam's Midwest A&R Rep Quincy "Big Heff" Taylor. After liking his performance, Big Heff formally invited Carnage to a show he was hosting in January of 2017 in Cleveland, Ohio: "Roc The Mic 8". Then after that performance Carnage continued to work with Big Heff by getting invited to an A&R Showdown showcase in Bronx, New York in March of 2017. Carnage Bodybagg and Big Heff still work closely and have more future plans in the works.
Carnage has done several Live On Air interviews, his first one was in September 2015 on Flowmasters on Voice it radio and another in November 2015 on Lake Effect Radio followed by another on February 2017 on Big Heff Radio Show in Cleveland Ohio. As well as several magazines and online interviews (links below). Carnage Bodybagg has a hot trending song on YouTube Titled "My Way" (Cavs Theme Song) with over 73,000 views as of March, 5th 2018 and overall views on all videos topping over 80,000 and with 231 subscribers and counting while staying in the top 3 on Reverbnation in the state of Ohio.
Carnage has 4 mixtapes out now that really did well for an independent artist. The first 3 mixtapes were sequels titled “For Tha Streetz vol 1, 2 and 3, followed by the highest anticipated 4th mixtape titled “Ready 4 War” set to release March 13th, 2018. Which has an original track from Carnage titled “Baggz” that was selected to be in a film titled “In Guns We Trust” Carnage is also working on his first official album with all original work in 2018.
He also has a substantial amount of support on all social media sites led by his Instagram with over 3,000 followers as of now and some being major and respected artist in the music industry such as Big Heff as well as J Hood, Bone Crusher and 2 Pistols just to name a few.
