The 'WBFF Figure Queen' Emily Stirling is a 3x WBFF Figure Pro World Champion, a international published fitness model, cover model, personal trainer, gymnastics coach and contest coach.
Over the last 5 years Emily has built a very reputable image in the industry. She stems from a lifelong background of national level gymnastics to competing in fitness shows now for over a decade. Her dedication and passion to the fitness industry has proven well, as she is now becoming one of the top names in the world of Figure.

What started as a small dream some 10 years ago, is finally a reality to Emily. Her struggles are just like those of anyones. She comes from a family of unhealthy genes such as obesity, heart problems, and diabetes, just to name a few. From being teased as the "thick girl" or better yet "butterball" from a young age, to a 3x Figure Pro World Champion at the age of 28 is quite remarkable! Emily believes that anything can happen if one wants it bad enough. Any body can change given the right environment, guidance and motivation. Emily speaks through personal experience and educational back ground. Emily studied Fitness and Health Promotion in London, Ontario. Her direct focus is expanding, letting her reach out to help others in the industry. Today Emily is a happier, healthier and more confident woman because the lifestyle change she decided to make years ago! It's never too early, or too late to improve your life!
