This “Zombie Punk Cabaret” uses classic punk, glam, and rock covers to illustrate their offbeat personal reminiscences. Their songs of zombies, vampires, werewolves, serial killers, drugs, and television were written by such 70s punk luminaries as The Cramps, The Mumps, X, Blondie, and The Dead Boys, not to mention their predecessors The Stooges, Bowie, The Kinks, Talking Heads, and Lou Reed. Put this band in your ear and let it lay its eggs.
CRASH CHORDS REVIEW
Road Review: The Flesh Junkies

You say you want to see a band that dresses as zombies and covers songs about the undead, werewolves, and blood, there’s a band for that. Zombies + Rock and Roll + High Energy Fun = The Flesh Junkies. I saw them last night at Adobe Blues in Staten Island and it was a fantastic show. With a fearsome stage presence and a slick classic rock sound they are super entertaining. The band consists of Jack Dabdoub on vocals and guitar, Rina Sklar on vocals, Nat Seeley on drums, Mike McMahon on guitar, and Al Sklar on bass, they are a solid and well oiled machine who play hard and have fun doing it. If you want to go to a show where you don’t necessarily value leaving with you brains intact come see these flesh eaters and you won’t be disappointed.
In conclusion if you like zombies and music about them, you should definitely check these guys out. For more on these fine dead folks check out their facebook fan page here.
Enjoy!
