Kat St. John is an artist with a soulful voice who has graced the stage with artist such as: Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Destiny Child, Monica, Common, Nas and many other talented men and women in the music industry. She has been singing for 10 years since she was a little girl.

The music industry was so competitive to get in she decided to change the rules of getting g in as an artist. Kat decided to give away her hit singles written for herself to local know artist. This seemed like the best way to get in the door being that she had no money nor family support she decided to make her own path. When people heard her edgy lyric they wanted it for themselves.

She then decided to be very selective with whom would have her records. Keeping all her rights not one was sold, just leased. When her name became big as a writer she them started back from the beginning as Persuing her dreams of being the hottest artist in the nation. Kat has had the opportunity to work with producers, whom have worked on some of the hottest albums, like drake, young jeezy, Latoya luckett, Piles, Tony Braxton, Trey Songs, Lil Wayne, Lil Bow Wow, Beyonce and the Destiny Child albums, just to name a few. “I have worked with many musical artist, producers and DJ’s that have believed in my music.” , says St. John.

As of today Kat st. John is a well know writer and an up an coming artist. She has ghost written for rappers in Houston/Atlanta /California / Louisiana as well as book and play writers. KAT performed at some of the biggest shows down south such as the sprite step off tour for MTV , houstons Los magnifico car show 2011 and 2012, the waco, tx jam fest and more. She has wrote a song for a group by the name of IDK called I'm the leader in which they performed that song written by kat on 106 and park. she wrote and feat on Candi Redd "Money on my Mind" also written for several unsigned artist. Kat st. John wrote slumber party for cash money artist just Brittany, which hit the top 100 billboard charts at 75, as well as go nuts which features Marcus man child with cash money artist just Brittany. Kat st. John is featured on Marcus man child mix tape on a song which she co-wrote called my time tonight.

She has been featured on all hiphiphop.com twice. Her single "Get Shot" is now Getting spins n several radio stations and is continuing to build a strong buzz. She has also acted in a short comedy movie called bills, featured on youtube. Kat has helped others that have had financial backing to get record deals thru her musical talents, while producing records and background singing on tracks to enhance the sounds of others records. She has written hits for artist that could have been hers, but because she is not only helping herself she also believes in helping others.

She has been know to give recognition to people who work with her open heartedly. She also works with local homeless shelters and clinics in the area as a motivational speaker inspiring people to follow their dreams. Kat coaches basketball for one of the communities private Christian schools and serves on the committee board for a program called cico ( clean in clean out), this program helps drug abusers trying to overcome their addictions while trying to reunite with their family.

As a child with 10 sibling she knows what it means to help and give back. Kat st. John is a hard working artist in and out the studio hitting the streets passing out flyers, selling CDs and hitting the clubs pushing her records, she is soon to be the next hottest artist to hit the scene. Kat is the artist everyone wants to know she is a positive role model, young,beautiful, sexy and full of life. She Is the artist all artist go to in order to get their fly/hip new fresh up to date punch lines in their records. She is the next to blow, get on the band wagon before you miss the ride.
