After an extensive absence Killer Khan have returned to the metal scene.
First emerging on the underground scene in the early 1990s under the name Holy Moses, the North Carolina band would release two albums ‘Latitude Zero’ in 1995 and ‘Rock ‘n Roll Forever” the following year before changing their name to Killer Khan. In 1999 the band released the debut “Kill Devil Hills” under the new moniker to much praise both domestically and internationally in the metal press. After the re-release of “Rock ’n Roll” now under the name Killer Khan in 2001, the band seemingly disappeared without a trace.
In January 2015 Killian Khan, the mastermind behind Holy Moses [US]/Killer Khan began to put together a new line-up of his critically praised traditional metal band Killer Khan. The updated line-up consisting of; original vocalist and songwriter Killian Khan, bassist Brice Sandahl, drummer Jody Rumple, and father and son guitar duo Ron Dalton and Ron Dalton Jr..
Soon after the band would come together Killian was tracked down and contacted by Heaven and Hell Records expressing interest in re-mastering and re-issuing “Kill Devil Hills” that was released in May of this year. The release would help to introduce one of the best traditional U.S. metal bands of the 1990s to new fans and reconnect with old fans.
Currently, the band is focusing on their two new albums Global Killer which has been released with killer tracks like "Last Train ti Rio", "Guns of the Navarone" and "Prowess of the Night", and "Bedeviled" which is their newest release with the incredible new songs of "Raven", "Forever and a Day", "Sword of the Revolution", and S.T.T.G., every song on the album is top notch with the usual assortment of vocal range and guitar prowess..
