Michael Carluccio, the entertainer with a “Thousand Voices,” has performed his All American 1 Man Legends Show from New York to L.A. with stops in Central Park, St. Louis, Las Vegas, the Hollywood Bowl …
The former Marine was originally noticed in high school with a group called, “The Sixteen Voices.” Since then, Michael has simulated the Las Vegas Legends on intimate stages and private corporate events to large bowl and amphitheater audiences.
The Detroit newspaper music critic, Dennis Nazelli, labeled the James Bond look-a-like as “The Man with a Thousand Voices” using a ‘rat-packish’ devil-may-care, swingin-rock-n-rollin' style.” Carluccio has appeared in front of Hollywood’s elite at the Golden Apple Awards, the Las Vegas MGM Grand, the Skyview Terrace and Tropicana stages, the St. Louis Fox Theater, New York’s Central Park Amphitheater and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and the Andiamo’s Night Club in Michigan.
Like a pendulum, the All American 1 Man Legends Show, moves back and forth through the late 1950’s, the 60’s and 70’s using Michael’s ‘thousand voices’ from Frank Sinatra to the persona of the Rock and Roll era: Neil Diamond, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Tony Bennett, George Jones, Tom Jones, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, Marty Robins, Willie Nelson, and, of course, the King – Elvis Presley!
Every number embraces his audience, the young and the young at heart, encouraging generation after generation to tap their feet to the rhythms or to laugh and smile. In our topsy-turvy world, Michael’s performance recreates a nostalgia with the very best of these iconic artists for his listeners who then summon their own personal memories of the good ole days.
As a former U.S. Marine Sergeant, Michael has close ties with the troops and loves to perform for the armed forces and their families, whenever he can. With a golden, baritone voice and wide vocal range, a quick comedic wit and warm personality, Michael romances his audience and leaves them, wanting more!
Negotiations between the Greektown Casino Entertainment officials ended May 6 with a contract to perform within the Brizola Restaraunt. Carluccio will bring his Las Vegas Legends show featuring the memorable music from Sinatra and Martin to Bobby Darin
Carluccio’s favorite legend presentation is his “Rat Pack” rendition of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, complete with banter between himself and the audience. However, before his favorite schtick, “It’s Not Unusual” for Michael to get the entire audience warmed up with a Tom Jones music number followed by a medley of Neil Diamond and Bobby Darin hits.
No stranger to the big stage, Mike Carluccio has opened in Las Vegas for acts such as Al Martino, Bobby Vinton and Connie Francis. But, the Sinatra sound-alike still keeps the memory of his favorite performances as the opener for the Scintas Las Vegas show at the Sahara Hotel and Casino.
His notoriety and status in the entertainment world brings the very best to any stage. Audiences are always delighted and become nostalgic as they listen to the best of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Neil Diamond, Tom Jones, Johnny Cash, Bobby Darin and many others.
Michael was under contract at the Whitney House for the 2013 summer performing in a show called “Steak and Sinatra” for the up scaled dinner crowd. Everywhere he performs, the audience is transported as they tap their feet with the beat and get lost in the show.
