Rachel is Kozi is an indie rock and folk band and the creation of singer songwriter Rachel Kozinski. Her first studio album Lifecycles, released April 7 with much anticipation after the successful releases of her two singles, "Mantra" and "Whale Song", and accoustic demos of "Soham" and "Home". Inspired by her experiences as a yoga teacher, through hiker, and global traveler, Rachel writes deeply personal and inspiring songs that are sure to uplift your spirit and nurture your soul. As a full band, duo and single act, they play several shows across St. Louis, their native city, and the midwest every year since 2022.

Rachel Kozinski is a St. Louis yoga teacher offerring her popular courses several times a year and teaches regular private and group classes. You can sample several classes on her YouTube channel below. Rachel's style of teaching serves students' entire being holistically - body, mind and spirit. With specially curated and unique classes, students feel held and challenged by Rachel's truly expert understanding of the practice.

Rachel first studied yoga with Shayna Hiller and Ammy Creamer, esteemed yoga teachers of the Yoga Collective in Venice Beach, California, where she recieved her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher training. She went on to study Yin Yoga with Daniela Romano in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica where she earned her 30-Hour Yin Yoga Certification.
