The Quarter Moon is a "Classic Variety Band” performing the classics that we all loved from our younger days. Our set list is a dynamic blend of Rock- Country -Blues- R&B- Motown- Pop and Originals, from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s to today’s classics. We are a Party Variety Band and family friendly when the occation calls.
Lynn Leon lead singer, percussionists... with the Quarter Moon Band. Born & raised in Brisbane, California, a tiny mountain town, 10 miles south of San Francisco. Singing all her life; Lynn enjoyed performing in various bands around the west coast and now the south west, for 25 + years. Lynn has performed at the 23 Club, Route 66, Keystone Berkley, New Georges, Cow Palace, Treasure Island, Lake Tahoe NV, also the Hon-Dah Casino.
Dave Harris, with his witty guitar playing, has worked with country legends Ernest Tubbs and Marty Robbins. He has opened for Tracy Byrd, Earl Thomas Conley and John Anderson before finding his way to the Pinetop-Lakeside area over 20 years ago. In those 20 years, Dave has played with several bands here in the White Mountains.
Phil ‘The Doc’ Meyers: Drummer & 2nd Lead Singer for the Quarter Moon band. Phil has been drumming for 35 years, recently with The Full Arrest band out of Show Low AZ. Phil is a high energy drummer and vocalist as well, that can raise an eyebrow or two.. Phil Was also the Lead Singer for his Metal Band "Hunter" in the 1980’s….
Mike Ferlisi is originally from Texas and is an outstanding "rock solid" bass player. Mike toured on the professional circuit for over 20 years, backing such notable artists as Clint Black and Roy Head.
Spencer Hayden: Keyboards, rhythm guitar, Key-Tar, Harmonica, percussions, 3rd lead vocals for the Quarter Moon band: Spencer is a native Virginian with a long history of professional music. Over 40 years. Performing with the Manhasset Midwest show band and opening for the Association and Mason Profit, among other top bands back in the 70’s, kicking around and performing with local Nashville bands, performing with Virginia’s False Dmitri Band, Flight and members of the Clark Family in the 80’s and 90’s to touring the US with Keith Bryant and Iron Horse in the early 2000’s and jamming throughout Las Vegas with Huck Daniels, Steve Dixon, The On Target Band and a whole host of others. . Currently Hayden is performing with several bands throughout Az. and NV.
