Trey Gonzalez is a country music singer from San Antonio, Texas. Trey began his career as a Texas Country Singer in June of 2016. He started off performing in various bars, open mics, and school events; For about a year and a half Trey harnessed his craft as vocalist, guitarist, and entertainer. Trey's rich tone combined with Texas Country influence gives a modern country feel with a classic twist. After several solo shows, in the fall of 2017 Trey entered into the studio to begin recording his first EP and was able to finally pull together local musicians to form a band.
Trey's Debut Album,The Journey, showcases the young cowboy's writing ability as a singer-songwriter. Trey self produced the debut EP in San Antonio, Texas while finishing up his Bachelor's of Arts at St. Mary's University. The EP takes you on a story about love and heartbreak with 8 original tracks that Trey wrote himself. The album is featured on iTunes, Spotify, GooglePlay, and numerous other music streaming platforms.
Witht the release of his EP, Trey was able to gain a bit more traction in San Antonio and the surrounding area. Under the mentorship of Dr. John Rankin and Country Singer Mario Flores, Trey has now been able to strengthen his presence within the Texas Country Music Scene. Trey is excited to announce that his first single is set to release to Texas Country Radio in the next couple weeks.
On stage, Trey is backed by his touring band, The Road Less Traveled, for all live shows. With years of experience, The Road Less Traveled Band brings to life Trey's music and the meaning behind it. Today, Trey is currently performing in and between San Antonio, College Station, and Houston ,Texas.
