**Uneekint: The Journey of a Survivor Turned Star**
Born on February 7, 1986, in Portland, Oregon, to Christina Sanders and a father he never knew, Uneekint's life began in adversity—and almost ended before it even started. Declared deceased at birth due to severe pregnancy complications, the unthinkable happened: just as the doctors marked his time of death, he took his first breath. That moment set the tone for a life defined by miracles, resilience, and relentless determination.
Uneekint was welcomed into a world of chaos, yet also love—surrounded by three sisters and a struggling single mother. Throughout childhood, trials seemed to follow him. At age eight, he survived a catastrophic school bus accident that rolled 17 times and was struck repeatedly by traffic. He awoke from a coma, stood on his feet, and walked away—a moment he would later describe as another divine intervention.
By thirteen, Uneekint found himself homeless, digging through trash bins behind McDonald’s for food, resisting pressure from street gangs that offered temporary shelter in exchange for violence. Though survival forced him to steal a weapon for protection, he never gave in to the path of destruction laid before him. Instead, he kept asking the same question: *"Where is my guardian angel now?"*
That angel returned again at sixteen when he was ejected from a friend’s vehicle and slammed into a tree. Miraculously, he survived. With clarity came purpose. Tired of pain, Uneekint turned inward, picking up a pencil and pouring his story into lyrics. Music became his refuge—a spiritual and emotional release from the chaos surrounding him.
Uneekint hustled for studio time, washing floors, cleaning windows—anything it took to record. Living near a local studio, he often slept at bus stops and in alleys just to be the first one inside each morning. At fifteen, he sold his first bag of marijuana just to afford a few minutes of recording. But nothing—not homelessness, hunger, or hardship—could silence his voice.
“I knew the signs were telling me my life mattered,” Uneekint says. “I had to tell my story through music. I was raised and left to die in the streets—but I knew hard work would get me to where I needed to be.”
Inspired by legends like **Babyface** and **Michael Jackson**, Uneekint began crafting his signature sound—a soulful fusion of R\&B, hip-hop, and pop, laced with pain, perseverance, and purpose. He dreamed of becoming what Babyface was to him: a symbol of excellence, emotion, and escape. He once joked, “I wanted to be Muhammad Ali—until I got beat up. So I chose something else.”
That something else became everything.
Uneekint’s music speaks for itself. As an artist, songwriter, and producer, he has captivated over a million listeners with emotionally rich, authentic music that cuts deep. His professional path led him to sign with **Ghetto Rise Records** at 19 before ultimately forging ahead independently. His lyrics are layered with messages of hope, heartbreak, and personal power—messages the world desperately needs to hear. With every verse, he carves out space for those who’ve been silenced, overlooked, or written off.
“My goal now,” he says, “is to stand behind the youth. To be the role model I wish I had. I had Babyface and MJ to look up to—now it’s my turn to pass that light on.”
As Uneekint continues to rise, his mission remains clear: inspire, uplift, and tell the truth. From sleeping on the streets to breaking into radio rotation across the globe, Uneekint is proof that destiny belongs to those who fight for it.
